The selections for the festival "Primo Maggio tutto l’anno" are setting out in Basilicata. Pisticci Allelammie Association, which is the organizer of the Lucania Film Festival, has been detected as Basilicata responsible for the competition that is going to lead emerging bands on the stage of the 1st of May Concert in Rome. Waiting for the 1st of May Concert 2006 edition, supported by CGIL CISL and UIL and organized by the Primo Maggio srl, the project "Primo Maggio tutto l’anno" keeps on and it proposes to give more visibility to the emerging and independent Italian music. The festival dedicated to the emerging music has got its second edition this year, and will come to the end on the 1st of May 2006 in Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano, Rome. Before the final step, regional selections will take place and their goal will be nailing the best bands from Lucania. For the Basilicata region, the organizational management has been put into the hands of Pisticci Allelammie Cultural Association, which has been engaged with the Festival "Lammie in Musica" and in the cinematic field with the "Lucania Film Festival."
